The brief:
To address outstanding planning conditions and to deliver a technical and construction drawing package to allow the terrace of 5 houses to be constructed with our developer Client. To provide any construction details for support during the construction phase.
Key features:
Modern housing in a traditional design well suited to the Market town of Newent. To develop the construction package to suit the commercial interest of the Developer whilst ensuring compliance with Building Regulations.
Our role:
Discharge of Planning conditions (variation of previous approval), Technical design service and drawing package and obtaining Building Regulations approval.

Appointed Winter 2017. Building Regulations approval Winter 2017. Discharge of planning conditions spring 2018. Start on site: early winter 2018. Completion: early winter 2020
