We are incredibly pleased to announce that full planning consent has been achieved for a development of three flats in the centre of Cirencester. Each flat will contain two double bedrooms, with the first and second floor units boasting a spacious balcony.
The planning application was a long and complicated process, with many hurdles to overcome along the way. We worked closely with Cotswold Archaeology, James Johnston Ecology and Infrastructure Design Studio and were eventually able to secure the permission. Our client is delighted with the outcome and is looking forward to progressing in the development.
