Anticipation is mounting as the second phase of The Site, Cheltenham, gears up for its much-anticipated launch. This ambitious project is a testament to the remarkable transformation of redundant industrial and warehouse space into a hub of innovation and functionality.
The initial phase, marked by the successful conversion of a 1960s building with the excellent team of construction professionals at ampm construction set the stage for what promises to be a ground-breaking endeavour. The refurbishment achieved an exceptional standard and breathed new life into the structure with unique construction-themed finishes. Plywood and OSB adorn the walls and window reveals, while industrial staircases and furniture contribute to the distinctive aesthetic.
The first phase emerged as a resounding success, providing a purpose-built office facility that goes beyond the conventional. Housing Apex’s Cheltenham office, the space has proved to be a delight to work in and demonstrated its flexibility in meeting diverse needs. Its versatile, welcoming spaces have been instrumental in hosting seminars, client meetings, and events—a testament to its capacity to foster creativity and connectivity.
We now look forward to the imminent launch of phase two. This winter will herald the unveiling of serviced offices, event spaces available for hire, a fantastic coffee shop by Moosh, and a state-of-the-art showrooms with Landsdown Bathrooms and Landsdown Kitchens. It’s the culmination of hard work and dedication from everyone involved in this transformative project.
The Site Cheltenham is more than just a physical space; it’s a dynamic ecosystem where innovation and collaboration thrive. As we approach the opening of the second phase, the excitement is palpable, marking a significant milestone in the journey of repurposing and revitalising industrial spaces into hubs of modern functionality.
Stay tuned for the unveiling of The Site Cheltenham’s next chapter—an embodiment of progress, adaptability, and the relentless pursuit of turning spaces into vibrant, multifaceted environments.
